About the platform, our first application and working with EndoVia.

Frequently asked questions
What does EndoVia do?
We help drug developers understand which tumors respond to a treatment and why, by combining laboratory testing, molecular profiling and predictive modeling.
What is mechanistic modeling?
A model built on known biology: drug targets, signaling pathways and their links to cell survival. Unlike a pure black-box model, it shows why a prediction is made.
What is a digital twin of a tumor?
A model calibrated on the data of one tumor model, so it can simulate how that tumor responds to new compounds or combinations.
What is the endocannabinoid system?
A signaling system of receptors, enzymes and lipid messengers that regulates many processes in the body, including cell growth and survival. Many tumors change how this system works.
Why start with cannabinoids?
Cannabinoids show broad anticancer activity in the lab and are widely used by cancer patients, yet clinical results are inconsistent. That makes them an ideal first test for response prediction.
Is the platform limited to cannabinoids?
No. Cannabinoids are our first application. The approach works for any compound whose targets can be mapped to signaling pathways.
How can we work together?
Most collaborations start with a focused pilot on one defined question. Scope and timing are agreed per project.
How do you handle confidentiality and IP?
We work under NDA and agree data ownership and IP terms before a project starts.
Do you offer treatment or medical advice to patients?
No. EndoVia is a research company and does not provide treatment or medical advice. Patients should discuss treatment options with their oncologist.
Have a response question in your oncology program?
Tell us about your compound and the decision ahead. A short, non-confidential description is enough to start.
